To use: cover with warm (not boiling) water and soak 10–15 minutes, drain and squeeze, then sauté in butter or oil for 5–8 minutes until lightly browned. Or add dry to soups and sauces and simmer 10–15 minutes. Do not eat raw. Grown and dried in small batches by Milieu Mushrooms.
